Koncertų bilietų pirkimo ir dalyvavimo Lindyhop.lt klubo organizuojamuose renginiuose (koncertuose) Sąlygos ir taisyklės (English below):

1. Koncertų organizatorius, bilietų platintojas ir pardavėjas, svetainės muzikosstotis.lt valdytojas ir operatorius yra asociacija „Lindyhop.lt klubas“, įmonės kodas 302300309, PVM mokėtojo numeris LT100009637716, registracijos adresas Kalvarijų 294d-16, Vilnius, Lietuva, veiklos adresas Geležinkelio g. 6, Vilnius, Lietuva, el. pašto adresas info@lindyhop.lt
2. Šios Sąlygos ir taisyklės yra nurodytos ir galioja remiantis Lietuvos respublikos įstatymais.
3. Koncertų bilietų pirkėjas (toliau – Pirkėjas) gauna tokios rūšies bilietą (bilietus), kurį įsigyja (nusiperka) internetinėje svetainėje muzikosstotis.lt ir su kuriuo koncerto lankytojas-dalyvis (toliau – Dalyvis) galės dalyvauti koncerte.
4. Koncertuose visos vietos yra sėdimos.
5. Renginių lankytojams amžiaus cenzo nėra, koncertai baigiasi iki 22:00 val.
6. Vaikams ir paaugliams taip pat turi būti perkami bilietai, nemokamai neįleidžiami.
7. Organizatoriai sodina dalyvius salėje užpildydami vietas prie staliukų. Anksčiau pirkę bilietus gauna vietas arčiau scenos.
8. Norėdami sėdėti kartu su draugais, jei esate bilietus pirkę atskirai, būtinai su organizatoriais turite susisiekti iš anksto el.paštu ar telefonu.
9. Pirkėjas už bilietą moka kainą (toliau – Kaina) pirkimo dieną nurodytą internetinėje svetainėje muzikosstotis.lt
10. Pirkėjas Kainą moka visą iš karto.
11. Bilietų pirkimo tvarka:
    11.1 Pirkėjas pasirenka norimą koncertą svetainėje muzikosstotis.lt ir paspaudžia mygtuką Pirkti bilietus.
    11.2 Svetainės puslapyje Bilietų krepšelis pasirenka norimą pirkti bilietų kiekį ir eina į Apmokėjimą.
    11.3 Svetainės puslapyje Bilietų pirkimas užpildo mokėtojo duomenis (vardą, pavardę, el. paštą) ir pažymi, kad sutinka su Sąlygomis ir taisyklėmis bei paspaudžia mygtuką Mokėti.
    11.4 Pirkėjas nukreipiamas į Payserą banko mokėjimų puslapį, kuriame yra suformuoti mokėjimo duomenys ir kuriame Pirkėjas turi pasirinkti apmokėjimo būdą (savo banką arba banko kortelės tipą) ir atlikti mokėjimą už bilietus.
    11.5 Atlikus mokėjimą, Pirkėjas į save el. paštą gauna automatinius el. laiškus iš Paysera apie sėkmingai atliktą mokėjimą ir iš muzikosstotis su informacija apie nusipirktus bilietus, patvirtinimą ape įsigytą bilietą (užsakymo unikalų numerį) ir kitą informaciją apie koncertą. Bet tik tuo atveju, jei pirkimo formoje buvo nurodytas Pirkėjo teisingas elektroninis paštas. Jei negavote el.laiškų, pirmiausia reikia pasitikrinti savo pašto dėžutės Spam folderį, neradus laiškų, reikia susisiekti su organizatoriais.
12. Pirkėjas atlikdamas pirkimą tuo pačiu patvirtina, kad:
    – jis/ji susipažino su internetinėje svetainėje muzikosstotis.lt pateiktomis bilietų kainomis ir visa kita jam/jai aktualia informacija;
    – visa jo/jos pateikta informacija yra teisinga;
    – renginio metu laikysis elementarių elgesio normų, pagarbos atlikėjams bei klausytojams.
13. Pirkėjas atlikdamas bilietų pirkimą turi pateikti teisingą asmeninę ir kitą informaciją. Pats Pirkėjas atsakingas už pateiktos informacijos teisingumą.
14. Pirkdamas bilietus ir patvirtindamas šias taisykles Pirkėjas tuo pačiu sutinka, kad jo pateikta asmeninė informacija gali būti naudojama užsakytų paslaugų atlikimui įgyvendinti ir tiesioginės rinkodaros tikslais. Pirkėjas taip pat sutinka, kad jo elektroninis paštas būtų naudojamas informacijos susijusios su jo užsakytomis paslaugomis perdavimui.
15. Pinigų Grąžinimo už bilietus sąlygos ir tvarka:
    15.1 Nusipirkus bilietus, bet neatvykus į koncertą pinigai už bilietus yra negrąžinami.
    15.2 Organizatoriai negali garantuoti, kad visi paskelbti atlikėjai dalyvaus, nes jie ar dalis jų gali susirgti. Dėl to Pirkėjui/Dalyviui atsisakius atvykti į koncertą ir apie tai informavus Organizatorių telefonu ar el. paštu prieš koncertą pinigai Pirkėjui už įsigytus bilietus yra grąžinami.
    15.3 Koncertui visai neįvykus dėl bet kokių priežasčių pinigai Pirkėjui už įsigytus bilietus yra grąžinami.
    15.4 Pinigai už įsigytus bilietus Pirkėjui yra grąžinami per 14 darbo dienų į sąskaitą iš kurios buvo atliktas apmokėjimas už bilietus jei yra tenkinami Sąlygų ir taisyklių 15.2 ar 15.3 punktai.
16. Organizatorius neatsako už koncertų Dalyvių sužalojimus ar žalą sveikatai, kurie gali įvykti dalyvavimo koncerte metu.
17. Organizatoriai neatsako už Dalyvių asmeninių daiktų saugumą koncertų metu.
18. Duomenų valdytojas ir svetainės muzikosstotis.lt operatorius yra įregistruotas Asmens duomenų valdytojų valstybės registre, rūpinasi asmens privatumu, bei vadovaujasi Privatumo politika.

Terms and Conditions of concerts ticket purchase and participation at Lindyhop.lt klubas events (concerts):

1. Concerts organiser, ticket distributor and seller, website muzikosstotis.lt controller and operator is a company Association “Lindyhop.lt klubas”, company id number 302300309, VAT payer number LT100009637716, registration address Kalvarijų 294d-16, Vilnius, Lithuania, office address Geležinkelio str. 6, Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail address info@lindyhop.lt.
2. These Terms and Conditions are specified and valid according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. The buyer of concert tickets (hereinafter – the Buyer) receives the type of ticket(s) that he buys on the website muzikstotis.lt and with which the concert visitor-participant (hereinafter – the Participant) will be able to participate in the concert.
4. All seats at concerts are seated.
5. There is no age limit for event visitors, concerts end by 10:00 PM.
6. Children and teenagers must also purchase tickets, they are not admitted for free.
7. The organizers seat participants in the hall by filling the seats at the tables. Those who bought tickets earlier will receive seats closer to the stage.
8. If you want to sit with friends, but you have bought tickets separately, you must contact the organizers in advance by email or phone.
9. The Buyer for the ticket pay the price (hereinafter – the Price) indicated at the Web Site on the day of purchase.
10. The Buyer shall pay the Price by one payment.
11. Ticket purchase procedure:
    11.1 The Buyer selects the desired concert on the website muzikostotis.lt and clicks the Buy tickets button.
    11.2 On the website page Ticket Basket, selects the amount of tickets he wants to buy and proceeds to Payment.
    11.3 On the Buying tickets page of the website, fills in the payer’s data (name, surname, e-mail) and marks that he agrees with the Terms and Conditions and presses the Pay button.
    11.4 The Buyer is redirected to the Paysera bank payment page, where the payment data is created and were the payment method (bank account or bank card) he must select and perform a payment.
    11.5 After making the payment, the Buyer receives an automatic e-mail letter from Paysera about successful payment and e-mail from the muzikosstotis with information about the purchased tickets, confirmation of the purchased ticket (unique order number) and other information about the concert. But only if the Buyer’s correct email address was specified in the purchase form. If you have not received any emails, you should first check the Spam folder of your mailbox, if you do not find any emails, you should contact the organizers.
12. The Buyer represents and confirms that:
    – he/she has read all the information regarding tickets prices and other relevant issues at the Web Site;
    – all the information provided by him/her when buying tickets is true;
    – will observe basic rules of conduct and respect for performers and listeners during the event.
13. When buying and processing checkout at Web site Buyer must provide correct personal information. The Buyer is responsible for the correct data submission.
14. By accepting these Terms and conditions Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him could be processed for ordered services performance and direct marketing purposes. The Participant also agrees that his e-mail could be used to sent notifications necessary the ordered services to fulfill.
15. Conditions and procedures for ticket Refunds:
    15.1 If you buy tickets but do not attend the concert, the money for the tickets is non-refundable.
    15.2 The organizers cannot guarantee that all announced performers will participate, as they or some of them may fall ill. As a result, if the Buyer/Participant refuses to come to the concert and informs the Organiser about it by phone or e-mail before the concert, the money for the purchased tickets is returned to the Buyer.
    15.3 If the concert does not take place at all for any reason, the money for the purchased tickets is returned to the Buyer.
    15.4 The money for the purchased tickets is returned to the Buyer within 14 working days to the account from which the payment for the tickets was made if clauses 10.2 or 10.3 of the Terms and Conditions are met.
16. The organizer does not take any responsibility for Participants injuries or health damages that might happen during the event.
17. The organiser does not take any responsibility for Participants belongings.
18. The controller and muzikosstotis.lt website operator is registered at Personal data controllers state register and follows the Privacy policy rules.
